Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Custom Goods Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect sizing choices, or minor color variations.

• Defects and Errors: If we make a material error (e.g., wrong design, defective garment, or significant misplacement), you must notify us within [2] days of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.

• Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within [24] hours of placement. If production has already started or materials have been ordered, a restocking or processing fee of [20]% may apply.

Material Care. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Hang to dry or tumble dry low inside out. Your DTF or vinyl print will last many washes with the proper care.
